FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my photos?
All of our photographic services (excluding HD video) have a 1 business day turnaround time. If your photos were taken on a Friday or Saturday, you will receive them on Monday guaranteed (unless the world ends). HD Video can take up to 3 business days.
How many photos will I get?
Depending on the size of the property, you can expect somewhere between 32-50 (the maximum allowed by Matrix). Smaller properties (apartment, townhome) will more than likely be at or under 40.
Do you have Supra access?
Yes, but we need a 7 digit Call Before Showing code (not the same as your 4 digit access code) in order to unlock the Supra box. You can obtain the 7 digit CBS code by calling HAR member services (713-629-1900) and providing them the Supra serial number.
Can you upload my photos?
Yes. If the listing is active, we can upload them through our account. If the listing is inactive or incomplete, we will need your username and password to upload the photos.
What are your office hours and where are you located?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We are located at WeWork in the Galleria Office Tower I.
Can you edit the photos same day? I have a tight deadline!
It depends on the photographer's schedule. If they have enough time in between appointments, or are nearby the office, then it is possible although never guaranteed.
How long will the photoshoot take?
A regular photo session, HD video tour, and Immersion 0-2500 lasts 1 hour. Aerial, Dusk, Quik Pix, and Quik Vid are 30 minute appointments. Immersion Tour 2600-5100 is 2 hours, and Immersion Tour 5200-7500 is 3 hours.
Can you photoshop furniture out of a room?
Our editors are magicians, but there are limitations to what they can do. Depending on the angle of the room, it may be possible to remove a piece of furniture. Here is a list of things most commonly photoshopped.
Why can't I order my virtual staging at the same time as my photos?
The way the virtual staging ordering system works is you must upload the photos you want staged. Therefore, you must wait until you receive your edited photos in order to have them staged.
Can the photographer re-arrange furniture to make the house look better?
No. For the safety of our photographers they must photograph the property as is. If the property is not ready at the time of the appointment, rescheduling may be necessary. Refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
Which areas do you service?
The area highlighted in red is where we service Quick Pix, or any service costing $85. The area highlighted in green is where we service Photography Session, or any service costing $150. Please contact us for appointments outside these service areas. Click image to enlarge.
